Adjournment of public examination to Tribunal. – Where on an examination held before an officer appointed by the Member, such officer is of the opinion that the examination is being unduly or unnecessarily protracted or, for any other sufficient cause, he is of the opinion that the examination should be held before the Member, such officer may adjourn the examination of any person, or any part of the examination to be held before the Member and submit his report to the Member and the Member may thereupon hold the examination himself or pass such orders as he may think fit. |
